First, A Sewist First Quilt is not a course. It is a small group for sewists that are interested in creating a beginner friendly quilt with guided personal support. It is designed to get you from start to finished quilt within 30 days.
This small group is for you if you
- Have sewn a few simple projects but larger projects intimidate you and you don’t know where to start.
- You dream of sewing your high quality, functional items for your home.
- Have tried to make a quilt but have struggled with some of the finer details. You know the steps but you aren’t getting the results that you want.
It is a mix between a workshop series and a quilty friend that you can chat with to get you through each step of the way.
The group size is limited to 10 spots so that you can have close support. I will be sewing the quilt along with you and will be available to answer questions between calls so that you get assistance throughout the entire process.
Live and recorded demos will be available for questions that need detailed explanations.
What’s included:
- 4 live calls where you can get your questions answered and get live demonstrations. They will also be recorded.
- Online group where you’ll be able to ask questions, share progress and post photos for help between calls.
- Braided Rug Quilt Pattern included with their registration.
